When you email us, please have the followings:
- Your order number
- Product name from the packing slip that you wish to return
- Supporting details of the defective return if any
Submit a RMA Form within 14 days after you receive defective(s)
We'll reach back to you after confirming your request via email
Please check if our email, info@alleyhere.com is in the Spam folder
We'll send you a return shipping label via your registered email once we've confirmed your request
Please return your defective item(s) to us using the return shipping label that we sent to you
We'll ship your replacement out to your registered shipping address
Your replacement delivery time can vary according to carriers' condition
