We accept only Defective returns or exchanges.
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days after receiving your item, and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests submitted after the period of 14 days will not be accepted.
To start a return for defective items,

- Contact us at info@alleyhere.com and submit a RMA within 14 days after receiving your item.
- All return procedure will be done within 30 days after receiving your item unless we have any special reason.
- For defective returns, we will only provide replacements for the same items.
- If a replacement item is out of stock, the item's value will be refunded in your original payment method.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Your order number
- Product name from the packing slip that you wish to return

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Alley Here Whole Sale reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.

General for all products
- All returns must be sent to Alley Here Whole Sale's United States logistics with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Alley Here Whole Sale reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
- Alley Here Whole Sale is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
- Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
- Alley Here Whole Sale reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Alley Here Whole Sale's decision will be final.
Return Shipping Label
Alley Here Whole Sale will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid.
Customers will be given a shipping label for return and Alley Here Whole Sale Wholesale reserves the right to select a courier service for the return shipping label.
Unwanted Item Return
We don’t accept returns of products that are unwanted. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before placing orders.
